Please note we have found in the past that many customers move satellite equipment from one vessel to another or sell vessels (with the installed equipment ) without notifying us of any change. If you wish to terminate the legally-binding, airtime contract for your satellite equipment we need a written request from you; preferably completing and returning our deactivation form . At the same time if you are selling the vessel and you have the contact details of the new owner we would appreciate your forwarding their contact details to us (or this form ) in case they wish to continue the airtime services with us. Kindly note a written request for change of vessel details is still required even if you are maintaining ownership. Many of the satellite terminals have distress facility and so require up to date vessel details to avoid confusion in an emergency situation. We appreciate your kind co-operation in these matters.
